Terms & Conditions - the basics 

By using this website or booking a service through Fresha, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

  • Appointments & Bookings: All appointments must be booked via our Fresha platform. You will receive confirmation via email or SMS.

  • Home Visits & On-Location Services: Carmen offers luxury mobile hairdressing and makeup services for weddings, villas, hotels, and yachts in Ibiza. Travel fees may apply depending on the distance from our Santa Eulària salon.

  • VIP Concierge & Third-Party Bookings: When booking through concierge or yacht charter services, a signed agreement or advance deposit may be required to confirm the reservation.

  • Payment Terms: Payments must be made in full via Fresha, unless otherwise agreed. All prices include VAT. Tips are discretionary.

  • Cancellation Policy: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. No-shows or late cancellations may incur a fee (see Refund Policy).

  • Change of Services: Carmen | Hair’s Nature reserves the right to make adjustments to services, prices, or availability due to product stock, staffing, or location logistics.

  • Liability Disclaimer: While we take the utmost care in providing premium services, Carmen is not liable for allergic reactions or outcomes resulting from client-provided information or external conditions.

Our terms may cover:

  • Eligibility to use the site and book services

  • Accepted payment methods via Fresha

  • Carmen’s right to refuse service

  • Changes to pricing or package availability

  • Client responsibilities during in-home visits (space, electricity, etc.)

  • Use of media content (photos of work may be used for portfolio purposes with consent)
