Refund Policy

At Carmen | Hair’s Nature, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional hair and makeup services with care, professionalism, and attention to detail. We understand that plans can change, and this Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds or rescheduling may be possible.

Appointments & Bookings
All bookings are made via Fresha. When scheduling an appointment, you agree to Fresha’s terms and conditions as well as the policies below:

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations within 24–48 hours may be eligible for a partial refund or credit toward a future appointment, at Carmen’s discretion.

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows will not be refunded, as time and resources have already been allocated.
   

Deposits

• For weddings, villa visits, yacht services, and private concierge bookings, a 50% deposit is required to confirm your appointment.

• Deposits are non-refundable if the cancellation occurs within 72 hours of the scheduled time, due to the high-demand nature of these services.

• In cases of force majeure (illness, travel disruptions, etc.), we are happy to reschedule your booking within a 3-month window, subject to availability.
   

Late Arrivals
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, Carmen reserves the right to shorten or cancel the session. Refunds are not guaranteed in such cases.

Satisfaction Policy
We aim to ensure every client leaves happy. If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact Carmen within 48 hours. Adjustments may be offered at no additional charge, depending on the service type and issue raised.

Third-Party Policies
If you booked through a concierge, hotel, or external provider, their refund terms may apply in addition to ours. Please consult with them directly.
